Why I started Harmony
I started my cleaning business in 2016 for a pretty simple reason: I needed to support my four kids.
At the time, I wasn't thinking about building a brand or creating a big company. I was trying to build a better life for my family, and cleaning was something I knew I could work hard at and grow.
Over the years, though, it became about a lot more than cleaning houses.
I've met clients who are working long hours, raising families, caring for loved ones, going through health challenges, or simply trying to keep up with everything life throws at them. I've seen how much of a difference it can make when one thing is taken off their plate.
That's what Harmony means to me.
A clean home isn't about having a perfect house. It's about coming home and not immediately seeing another list of things you need to do. It's having a little more time for your kids, your spouse, your friends, or yourself.
And as we've grown, I've realized I want Harmony to do that for our employees too. I want to build a company where people can work hard, be treated well, grow, and build something better for themselves and their families.
This business started because I needed a way to take care of my own family. Today, we get to help take care of yours.
And that means a lot to me.
