Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If anything isn't right after your clean, let us know within 48 hours and we'll return to make it right — no questions asked, no hassle.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We ask for 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a visit. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee to support our team's scheduling. Additional tasks requested on the day of service require 24 hours' notice so we can protect every client's appointment.

Access & Safety

For everyone's safety, our team secures all doors upon entry and completes a Final Perimeter Check before leaving. We retain no physical keys; access is arranged through a secure key-code box or door and garage codes.

Preparing for Your Visit

A quick pick-up of clutter — clothing, toys, and papers — from floors and counters gives us the room to deep clean and polish every surface. Please let us know in advance about any items or surfaces that need special care.

Insurance

Harmony Home Cleaning Co. carries full General Liability and Workers' Compensation coverage, protecting both your home and our team.
