What is the distinction between a Standard and a Deep Clean?

A Standard Clean maintains essential surfaces through dusting, vacuuming, and kitchen and bath care. A Deep Clean reaches overlooked areas — baseboards, window tracks, the spaces behind furniture — and removes buildup from showers and tubs.

How do you welcome my pets into the process?

We adore them. For their comfort and our focus, we ask that pets stay in a crate or a separate, quiet room while we work. Share their tendencies with us and we'll honor them.

How are fragile or sentimental heirlooms handled?

We treat your objects as part of your home's story. For anything irreplaceable, point it out during your walkthrough and we will dust carefully around it rather than handling it.

How do you approach the lived-in clutter of a busy life?

No pre-cleaning required. We clean around personal papers and projects to preserve your organization and the meaningful work in progress.

Do you rotate specific tasks for recurring visits?

Yes. Core essentials receive attention every single visit, while focus tasks — baseboards, blinds, and the like — rotate on a schedule so nothing is ever neglected.

How long will the cleaning take?

A standard three-bedroom home typically takes 3–5 hours; a two-person team completes it in roughly half that. We're glad to provide a personalized estimate for your home.

Pricing & Logistics

How do you set your rates?

Pricing reflects your home's square footage, room count, and the depth of care requested. We offer flat rates for standard services and hourly rates for custom approaches.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes — all vacuums, mops, and cloths are provided. Client-preferred products are welcome if left out prominently.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a small fee to support our team's scheduling.

What time will the cleaners arrive?

We provide an arrival window rather than a fixed time, and send a text as our team departs toward your home.

Can I request extras on the day of service?

To protect the day's schedule and every client's appointment, we ask for 24 hours' notice on additional tasks.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes. When you refer a friend, both you and your new neighbor receive a $25 credit toward your next service.

Trust & Safety

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. Full General Liability and Workers' Compensation coverage protects both your home and our staff.

Who will be cleaning my home?

Every team member undergoes a background check and thorough training. Recurring clients receive consistent personnel who come to understand the rhythms of your home.

How do you train your staff on home security?

Doors are secured immediately upon entry. Our team stays focused and does not open doors to outside arrivals, and a Final Perimeter Check confirms every window and door is secured before we leave.

What is your Key Management policy?

We retain no physical keys. Access is arranged through a secure key-code box or door and garage codes, keeping control firmly in your hands.

What happens if something breaks?

We notify you immediately, with full transparency. Our insurance covers restoration, repair, or replacement.

How do you handle my data and privacy?

Your information is treated with reverence and never shared. Our team is trained not to photograph personal belongings, family portraits, or documents.

Payments & Booking

How do I pay for my service?

We accept major credit cards through a secure digital portal, processed the morning of service.

Should I tip my cleaner?

Tipping is never expected, but always warmly received. If your service exceeds expectations, 10–20% is a kind gesture — by card, Venmo, or cash left on the kitchen counter.

How do I prepare for my cleaning?

A quick pick-up of clothing, toys, and papers from floors and counters gives us room to deep clean and polish every surface.

What if I have an alarm system?

We happily accommodate security systems with a guest code or a temporary pause. Your instructions are stored in secure, encrypted files.

Are there areas you don't clean?

For safety, we don't climb beyond a standard two-step ladder, move furniture over 25 pounds, clean exterior windows or high ceilings, or handle pet messes and biohazards. We'll always clean around and let you know what we find.

What if my cleaner isn't the right fit?

Simply ask, and we'll arrange a change of personnel — handled professionally and gracefully. Harmony means comfort on both sides.
