Wipe down walls, baseboards, and trim
Clean light fixtures, ceiling fans, and vents
Clean all interior, reachable windows (glass, sills, and tracks)

Kitchen — Total Interior & Exterior Restoration
Cabinets and drawers: crumbs vacuumed; interiors, shelves, and exteriors hand-wiped
The fridge: deep cleaned inside, plus back and coils where accessible
The oven: interior, racks, and the drawer beneath deep cleaned
Dishwasher: door edges wiped
Pantry: all shelving and floor space scrubbed
Countertops and backsplash: sanitized and residue removed
Bathrooms — Sterile & Sparkling
Vanities: inside all drawers and cabinets scrubbed
Medicine cabinets: mirrors and interior glass shelving wiped
The deep scrub: heavy descaling of tubs, showers, and toilets
Fixtures: all chrome, handles, and towel racks polished
Vents: exhaust fans left dust-free and clear
The Perimeter — Walls, Windows & Woodwork
Windows: sills and interior glass deep cleaned (tracks available as an add-on)
Baseboards: hand-wiped every inch throughout the home
Doors: faces, tops of frames, and knobs wiped and sanitized
Walls: full cobweb removal and spot-cleaning
Closets: all shelving and rods wiped
Switch plates: sanitized and finger-oils removed
The "Blank Canvas" Floors
Edges: carpet edges and corners detailed with a crevice tool
Hard floors: multi-stage mopping to remove footprints and haze
Garages and entryways: swept for a clean entry
Items unreachable by a standard 3-step ladder are excluded. Wire shelving receives general cleaning only; permanent staining is excluded.

What is the difference between a Standard and a Deep Clean?
A Standard Clean maintains your essential surfaces — dusting, vacuuming, and thorough kitchen and bath care. A Deep Clean reaches the overlooked places: baseboards, window tracks, behind and beneath furniture, and heavy buildup in showers and tubs. Most homes begin with a Deep Restoration, then settle into a recurring rhythm.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
Whatever feels most comfortable. Many clients are home; many are not. We can arrange soft entry through a spare key, garage code, or a secure lockbox. When we're inside, your home, your belongings, and your family are in safe hands, always.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. We carry full General Liability and Workers' Compensation coverage, protecting both your home and our team. Every team member is background checked and professionally trained.
What if something isn't right after my clean?

Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — we arrive with all of our own vacuums, mops, and cloths. If you prefer we use specific products in your home, simply leave them out and we're glad to.
How do you set your rates?
Pricing reflects your home's square footage, number of rooms, and the depth of care you'd like. We offer flat rates for standard services and hourly rates for fully custom approaches. Request a consultation and we'll build a plan around your home.
