The High-Level Dusting
Ceilings and walls: fine dust removed from all wall surfaces and ceiling corners
Light fixtures: new pendants, recessed rims, and chandeliers hand-wiped, with stickers and dust removed
Ceiling fans: blades and motor housings detailed
Vents and filters: HVAC intake and out-take vents vacuumed, surrounding area wiped to prevent "dust ghosts"
The Detailed Restoration
Windows and sliding doors: manufacturer stickers and adhesive removed; tracks and sills deep cleaned
Cabinetry, inside and out: interiors vacuumed of wood shavings; shelves and hardware hand-wiped
Countertops: grout film, paint specks, and construction dust removed
Small hardware: hinges, knobs, and pulls polished
The Sanitary Scrub
Appliances: protective films removed; oven, fridge, and microwave cleaned inside and out; stainless steel polished
Sinks and fixtures: plumber's putty and stickers removed; chrome, brass, or nickel polished to a shine
Showers and tubs: drywall mud and grout haze scrubbed from floors and walls

Baseboards and molding: baseboards, door casings, and window trim hand-wiped to remove the drywall "white haze"
The double-pass floors: a HEPA-filter vacuum of all floors, followed by a multi-stage damp mop with water changed frequently
Closets: new shelving, rods, and floor corners wiped

What is the difference between a Standard and a Deep Clean?
A Standard Clean maintains your essential surfaces — dusting, vacuuming, and thorough kitchen and bath care. A Deep Clean reaches the overlooked places: baseboards, window tracks, behind and beneath furniture, and heavy buildup in showers and tubs. Most homes begin with a Deep Restoration, then settle into a recurring rhythm.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
Whatever feels most comfortable. Many clients are home; many are not. We can arrange soft entry through a spare key, garage code, or a secure lockbox. When we're inside, your home, your belongings, and your family are in safe hands, always.

Do you bring your own supplies?
