Spring Cleaning is a whole-home reset designed to clear away buildup, refresh the spaces that get overlooked, and restore a sense of lightness to your environment. It's the deep breath your home takes between seasons.

Dust all surfaces, including high and hard-to-reach areas
Wipe down walls, baseboards, and trim
Clean light fixtures, ceiling fans, and vents
Clean all interior, reachable windows (glass, sills, and tracks)
Vacuum and mop all floors
Clean doors, handles, and switch plates
Move and clean under and behind all movable furniture
Kitchen
Clean the outside of cabinets and drawers
Wipe down the backsplash and countertops
Deep clean appliance exteriors (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge exterior)
Clean inside the oven
Clean inside the refrigerator
Sanitize the sink and polish fixtures
Empty and wipe trash and recycling bins
Bathrooms
Scrub and sanitize showers, tubs, and tile
Clean and disinfect toilets, including the base
Wipe down vanities, mirrors, and fixtures
Clean inside accessible closets (linen closets and the like)
Remove soap scum and buildup
Mop floors and sanitize high-touch areas
Bedrooms
Dust all surfaces, furniture, and décor
Vacuum and mop floors
Clean under and around beds (where accessible)
Wipe baseboards and window sills

Any item that cannot be safely reached with a standard 3-step ladder is excluded. Deep cleaning does not repair or restore scratched, stained, rusted, or otherwise damaged appliance finishes.

What is the difference between a Standard and a Deep Clean?
A Standard Clean maintains your essential surfaces — dusting, vacuuming, and thorough kitchen and bath care. A Deep Clean reaches the overlooked places: baseboards, window tracks, behind and beneath furniture, and heavy buildup in showers and tubs. Most homes begin with a Deep Restoration, then settle into a recurring rhythm.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
Whatever feels most comfortable. Many clients are home; many are not. We can arrange soft entry through a spare key, garage code, or a secure lockbox. When we're inside, your home, your belongings, and your family are in safe hands, always.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. We carry full General Liability and Workers' Compensation coverage, protecting both your home and our team. Every team member is background checked and professionally trained.

Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — we arrive with all of our own vacuums, mops, and cloths. If you prefer we use specific products in your home, simply leave them out and we're glad to.
How do you set your rates?
Pricing reflects your home's square footage, number of rooms, and the depth of care you'd like. We offer flat rates for standard services and hourly rates for fully custom approaches. Request a consultation and we'll build a plan around your home.
